Terms of Use

Welcome to Pi (www.pizeteo.com) (“Platform”), a social media website and application operated by CiFri LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Platform enables creators (“Creators”) to upload photos, videos, and other content, set prices for access, and allows users (“Fans”) to pay for that access. It also includes the Pi Store, a marketplace for Creators to offer digital or physical goods and services.

The terms “you,” “your,” or “User” refer to all users, whether Creators or Fans. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legal agreement governing your access to and use of the Platform, including its content, features, services, and the Pi Store. By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Age Restriction

The Platform contains adult-oriented content and is not intended for minors. To access or use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old; and
• Have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

If you do not meet these requirements, you are prohibited from accessing the Platform. You may be required to provide proof of identification (e.g., a government-issued photo ID). Failure to provide proof may result in suspension or termination of your account (see Section 14 – Termination).

2. Fan Account Creation

To open a Fan account, you must provide:

• A valid email address
• A unique username
• A secure password
• A valid cryptocurrency wallet address capable of sending payments in supported stablecoins (e.g., USDC, USDT)

This crypto wallet will be used for all transactions — subscriptions, tips, and Pi Store purchases — and must remain valid and under your control. You are responsible for all network fees, wallet security, and tax reporting related to crypto payments.

3. Creator Account Creation

To open a Creator account, you must provide:

• A valid email address
• A unique username
• A secure password
• A cryptocurrency wallet address capable of receiving payouts in supported stablecoins (e.g., USDC or USDT)

Creators must also submit proof of identification to verify age and compliance with applicable laws. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination (see Section 14). Creators are responsible for network fees, wallet security, and tax reporting.

4. Prohibited Content

4.1 No Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any real or simulated content involving minors is strictly prohibited. Report violations immediately to info@pizeteo.com with details. The Company fully cooperates with law enforcement.

4.2 No Prostitution or Sex Trafficking

Engaging in, promoting, or facilitating prostitution or sex trafficking is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4.3 No Bestiality

Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating bestiality or sexual activity involving animals is banned. Violations may result in account termination without refund.

4.4 No Revenge Porn or Non-Consensual Imagery

You may not post or share intimate images or videos without explicit, verifiable consent. This includes “revenge porn,” deepfakes, or harassment material. Violators will be banned and reported to authorities.

4.5 No Illegal, Harmful, or Fraudulent Activity

• Promoting or engaging in illegal acts (e.g., drugs, weapons, fraud, money laundering)
• Impersonation or identity theft
• Phishing, spam, or malware
• Interfering with the Platform (e.g., DDoS, scraping, bots)
• Circumventing payment systems or chargeback fraud

5. User Content

The Company does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content (“User Content”). However, by uploading, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use your content for operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to your content
• It does not violate third-party rights
• It complies with all laws and these Terms

You may access User Content for personal use only. Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

5.1 DMCA Takedown Policy

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, email info@pizeteo.com with:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work
2. Location of infringing material
3. Your contact information
4. A statement of good faith belief
5. A statement under penalty of perjury
6. Your signature

We will act promptly and may remove content or terminate repeat offenders.

6. Rights Reserved by the Company

We may, at our discretion:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or Pi Store
• Restrict or terminate user access
• Verify user identity or payment methods
• Remove violating content or listings
• Monitor and investigate activity
• Cooperate with law enforcement

Chargeback & Refund Abuse

Excessive chargebacks or fraudulent refund requests may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Withholding Payouts

We may withhold Creator payouts for up to 180 days to cover potential disputes or refunds.

7. Platform Fees

The Platform charges a 20% fee on all Creator transactions — including subscriptions, tips, and Pi Store sales. This fee is non-refundable and automatically deducted before payout. We may adjust the fee with 30 days’ notice (see Section 13).

8. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Fans can cancel anytime via account settings or by emailing info@pizeteo.com. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. All subscriptions are subject to the 20% Platform fee.

9. Pi Store

The Pi Store allows Creators to sell digital or physical goods and services. Creators are responsible for legal compliance and fulfillment. All disputes are strictly between Users.

9.1 Taxes

Creators are solely responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST). The Company does not handle taxes on your behalf.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver

All disputes must be resolved individually. You waive any right to:

• Jury trial
• Class or collective actions

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and Pi Store are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed $100.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect from the “last updated” date above. By continuing to use the Platform, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all access ceases immediately, and any funds may be forfeited.

14.1 Survival

Sections 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 16, and 17 survive termination.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your content or listings

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share your information.

18. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or security.

19. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Report unauthorized access immediately to info@pizeteo.com.

20. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, internet outages, or pandemics).

21. Miscellaneous

21.1 Severability – If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
21.2 Entire Agreement – These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the full agreement.
21.3 Assignment – We may assign our rights; you may not.
21.4 Waiver – Failure to enforce any term does not waive it.
21.5 Electronic Communications – You consent to receive notices electronically.
