Pi Fans – Acceptable Use Policy (Creators & Fans)

Pi Fans is a platform where creators can share and monetize their content, and fans can support and engage with them. To maintain a safe and compliant community, all users must follow these rules:

1. Prohibited Content

Creators may not upload or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any depictions of underage persons.
• Non-consensual content (e.g., hidden cameras, leaked or stolen media, revenge porn).
• Content involving incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or extreme violence.
• Content that promotes hate speech, terrorism, or criminal activity.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or copyright-infringing material.
  

2. Required Standards

• Creators must complete identity verification (KYC) before earning.
• Only content owned by the creator may be uploaded.
• Content must include accurate descriptions and tags.
• Fans must respect creators, with no harassment, stalking, or attempts to bypass payments.
  

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

• All payments are final unless otherwise required by law.
• No attempts to resell or redistribute content outside the platform.
  

4. Reporting & Enforcement

• Fans and creators can use the Report button to flag violations.
• Our moderation team reviews all reports and may suspend or ban accounts.
• Illegal activity will be referred to law enforcement.
  

5. Consequences

Violating these rules may result in removal of content, loss of earnings, and permanent account termination.
